Mob violence and justice seem to have increased over the years due to the breakdown of law and order and especially that many cases reported to the Police are not speedily investigated and prosecuted. So, criminals have been so emboldened and keep terrorizing community dwellers without justice being served – as a result, community dwellers have developed the unfortunate path of mob justice and lynching of suspects, as a means to restrain the criminals. This, however, as wrong and illegal as it is, has also led to the brutalization and or killing of some innocent civilians. Women’s and the girl child rights are HUMAN RIGHTS TOO!! By Ellis Bill HarmonWill the 2024 American presidential election determine the fate of Liberia’s 2029 presidential election? Many, on the other hand, are speculating that a group belonging to a secret society is plotting the succession of heads of state in both countries. Below is the trend that I observed, which enabled me to predict the just-ended presidential election in Liberia. Considering these trends, if Joe Biden wins the 2024 American presidential election, does it portend that Boakai will also win a second term in the Liberia 2029 presidential election? If the so-called coincidences or apparent ‘plots’ persist, does it mean that the 2028 American election result will predict the 2035 Liberia’s presidential election, and so on?

(New York, December 20, 2023): Liberia’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, H.E. Sarah Safyn Fyneah asserts that Liberia’s diplomats at the UN operate under the guidance and instructions of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, ensuring that their actions align with the country’s stance. According to her, decisions are not made independently; instead, guidance is sought to accurately represent Liberia’s position. Ambassador Fyneah clarifies that the Government of Liberia’s initial vote on UN resolution A/ES-10/L.27 on December 12th was based on a prior directive from the Ministry, which, unfortunately, contradicted H.E. Acting on their affirmative response, I instructed a staffer to implement the directives”, Ambassador Fyneah recounted.

Anticipating a US$30 million payment upon ratification, HPX proposed an equivalent amount to the Liberian Government if the agreement was rejected. On March 30, 2022, HPX introduced an amended Framework Agreement with Liberia, including an additional “UpFront” payment of US$30 million. On March 31, 2022, HPX executed three separate payments of US$10 million each, sparking suspicions of potential money laundering. Considering these developments, several crucial questions arise:Does the synchronicity between HPX’s payment and the anticipated ArcelorMittal payment raise suspicions? After the initial US$7 million payment, what substantial consideration prompted a second “UpFront Payment 2” of US$30 million?

By Lennart Dodoo, [email protected]However, on Sunday, President Weah told members of his Forky Klon Jlaleh Family Fellowship Church that he never instructed the vote against the ceasefire. He claimed that a “wicked Liberian” working at the Liberian Embassy in Washington voted contrary to the stance of the government. President Weah also clarified that his decision not to vote in line with Israel is not an indication that he is going against America – Israel’s strongest ally. President Weah also called on members of his party, the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC), to reflect on the just-ended election and acknowledge that they lost the election because there was no unity among them.
