Even if fans use separate accounts to buy tickets, Wimbledon will cancel any purchases above the limit of two tickets where only one credit card is used. When three codes were released on their individual emails they thought nothing of using the same credit card for convenience.

Daily coronavirus cases count climbs to 2,071
The Health Ministry says 751 more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 today (June 22) increasing the daily count of positive cases to 2,071. All new cases reported within the day have been associated with the New Year cluster. This brings the tally of confirmed infections of coronavirus reported in the country so far to 243,891. As many as 209,296 recoveries and 2,704 deaths have been confirmed in Sri Lanka since the outbreak of the pandemic last year. According to official data, more than 31,000 active cases are currently under medical care at designated hospitals and treatment centres.

Chinese Military involved in Joint Venture to clean irrigation tanks ?
COLOMBO (News 1st); The presence of uniformed individuals at the launch of a Chinese Joint Venture (JV) to dredge and clean some of Sri Lanka’s most ancient irrigation tanks on Monday (21) has raised serious concern. These uniforms are very much similar to those worn by soldiers in China’s People’s Liberation Army. Attempts made to adopt the MCC or Millennium Challenge Corporation agreement, which would permit US military boots on Sri Lankan soil, were shot down due to serious public outcry over the recent years. However, what is a serious matter of concern at the moment is the presence of camouflage-clad individuals at a Sri Lankan development project. Airtel delivers virtual mentoring for over 250 Sabaragamuwa University students
Having recently partnered up with the University of Sabaragamuwa, the country’s most youth-centric telco, Airtel Lanka, embarked on a monumental programme to enhance the soft skills and practical knowledge among youth, with invaluable mentoring and training opportunities for over 250 students from the Management Faculty. The programme is conducted via a series of webinars, allowing the undergraduates a chance to learn seamlessly. Moreover, a select group of 22 students, nominated by the University based on their academic performances, were included in special mentorship programmes. In addition to training University students, Airtel Lanka’s experienced mentors were taken through an extensive coaching workshop, led by a veteran certified coach and trainer, while the University students were simultaneously taken through the webinar series by lauded corporate leaders. COVID- 71 new victims confirmed today
June 22, 2021 08:29 pmThe Director General of Health Services has confirmed 71 more COVID-19 related fatalities that have occurred yesterday (June 21). The new development has pushed the official death toll due to the virus in Sri Lanka to 2,704. According to the data released by the Department of Government Information, the new victims confirmed today include 38 females and 33 males. One of them is aged below 30 years, thirteen are between 30-59 years and the remaining 57 are aged 60 and above.
