GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has been told to openly apologise for delivering a political speech to an audience of children during the launch of the People’s Tuition Programme. Penang MCA chairman Datuk Tan Teik Cheng said Lim’s refusal to admit it was a gross mistake proved that he has become arrogant. “On several occasions, Guan Eng stressed that education and schools must not be politicised. But now, he insists he did no wrong which demonstrates his shameless behaviour,” he said yesterday. Tan said in order to win in the coming general election, the ‘Rocket’ has lost its steam and even kids are not spared.
