Vicky Phelan has returned to Ireland for the first time since January as she reunited with her family in Dublin Airport this morning. Ms Phelan has been undergoing experimental treatment in Maryland and was separated from her family for over six months as they could not travel to be with her due to Covid-19 restrictions. The Cervical cancer campaigner arrived into Dublin Airport in the early hours of Thursday morning and was reunited with her family once she disembarked her flight from Boston. Ms Phelan also thanked her followers and well-wishers and friends, adding that they had been “keeping me going”.
