The incidents happened Saturday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Inova Fair Oaks Medical Campus along Joseph Siewick Drive in Fairfax. In a statement, Fairfax County police said they think a man broke into a secured lockbox that had the office keys. He stands around 5 feet 8 inches to 6-feet tall and weighs between 175 and 200 pounds.
