The national leadership of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday gave a tacit endorsement for the return of its House of Representatives member, representing Tudun Wada Doguwa Federal Constituency, Honourable Hassan Doguwa, for the principal position of House Leader. Finding revealed that INEC conducted re-run elections in 28 Constituencies in 11 States of the Federation. Speaking when Honourable Doguwa presented his Certificate of Return in the company of the Kano State governor, Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, the APC national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole said he believed Doguwa colleagues in the Green Chamber, who are members of the ruling party would give him the opportunity to return as House Leader. That the Speaker was in Kano means that he holds you in high esteem. They deliberately decided not to fill the vacancy and just like us, they were confident that the people of your constituency will return you to the House.
