Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi has announced that his debut music EP, More To Life, will be released on April 9, 2026, with the project featuring Fido, the artist widely credited with producing Nigeria’s biggest song of 2025. Iwobi, who records under the artist name 17, had already offered fans a preview of the project through the lead single, Track 0 (Freestyle). Among the collaborators is Fido, whose track Joy Is Coming was crowned Nigeria’s number one song of 2025. Aston Villa midfielder Amadou Onana, who records as 24AM, also appears on the project alongside Teniola Time, Giddi, P17, 4AM and SPKS. The project carries a central message that life holds more than what happens on a football pitch, a theme Iwobi has spoken about across various platforms in recent years.
