A citizen has handed over a head of an ancient statue of a woman after discovering it on his farm north of the city of Shahat. The Department of Antiquities praised the citizen, Al-Farjani Amadi, for immediately reporting and submitting the artifact, highlighting his strong sense of national responsibility and commitment to protecting cultural heritage. The piece was received by the head of the museums department, with all necessary procedures taken. It has since been transferred to storage for scientific documentation and officially recorded in the archaeological registry.
