The Awami League delegation, led by Presidium Member Muhammad Abdur Razzaque, joined the Congress’ plenary session on Saturday. Awami League Joint General Secretary Dipu Moni and Deputy Office Secretary Biplab Barua are also in the delegation. The Awami League leaders conveyed AL chief Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s greetings to the Congress leaders, Biplab said. “Rahul Gandhi has said the Congress has a longstanding relationship with the Awami League. Another Awami League delegation to be led by General Secretary Obaidul Quader will visit India from Apr 21 to 27 on invitation from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.
