BNP senior leader Moudud Ahmed on Saturday said Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has exposed the government’s “blueprint” for the next polls through his comment that their party’s victory is just a formality. Speaking at a discussion, the BNP leader further said: “He [Quader] disclosed it impulsively what we’ve long been suspecting. On Friday, Obaidul Quader told reporters that their party’s victory is just a formality since the country’s people are very happy over their government’s development work. The BNP leader, however, hoped that Khaleda will walk out of jail soon and democracy will be restored in the country. He said Awami League is now resorting to lies and unethically opposing the election-time neutral government in fear of losing power.
