Reports suggested the two clubs could engage in a straight swap deal involving two Chelsea players for one of Mourinho's men, but there are now doubts circulating about the Portuguese's desire to push through a deal. However, the audacious 2-for-1 deal could be dead in the water already due to Mourinho's apparent objections. Chelsea would demand around £25m for Chalobah, though, meaning a swap deal would be much more likely than a straight cash deal.
