Tobruk – The International Scientific Conference concluded today in Tobruk. It was titled “Disability between Legislation and Societal Transformation.” The conference demonstrated high scientific and organizational standards. Salah Suleiman Al-Aqouri, Head of the National Center for Disability Research, was there. They were interested in disability issues. Humanitarian and social issues are central to academic work.
