Crime Watch: 4 civilians killed, 3 injured in March

The Crime Watch Organization announced that it documented the killing of four civilians and the injury of three others during March, as a result of armed clashes, direct gunfire, and cases of killing under torture in several cities. The organization explained that clashes in residential areas in the cities of Al-Zawiya and Ajilat led to casualties. The organization recorded three cases of arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance in the cities of Murzuq, Al-Kufra, and Misrata, including two social media activists targeted over their critical views of authorities in both eastern and western Libya. Regarding migration, the field team documented the discovery of 14 bodies believed to be migrants, including a child, in coastal and desert areas across several cities, including Tobruk, Ajdabiya, Derna, Misrata, Tripoli, Al-Zawiya, and Wadi Al-Shati. It called for serious investigations and urgent measures to protect civilians and ensure the safety of migrants along migration routes.
