It's been a tough week for Boyle Street Community Services, but help from the community has them feeling thankful. The break caused a flood in the Boyle Street building located at 10116 105th Avenue forcing them to temporarily shut down. "So we ensured that it could still happen by moving it here to Boyle Street Plaza and the organization here was really supportive and helpful." Hundreds came out on a snowy Sunday to enjoy a hot traditional Thanksgiving meal at Boyle Street Plaza. Mathieson says PCL, the company responsible for the flooding, has agreed to cover the costs of this year's Thanksgiving dinner.
