In Cox's Bazar, police detained a microbus driver along with 35,000 yaba pills on Cox's Bazar-Teknaf Marine Drive near Shamlapur bridge area in Teknaf on Thursday. Teknaf police station Officer-in-Charge Pradeep Kumar Das said: "Ayub along with another drug dealer was transporting the yaba pills from Teknaf to Cox's Bazar by a microbus. We conducted a drive and detained Ayub with the contraband, hidden under the seat of the microbus." In Comilla, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained a drug dealer with 5,800 yaba pills from Thomsom bridge area in the city yesterday.
