Mahadi Hasan Alve and Md Roman Hossain reached the semis in the men’s singles as they beat Zaid Mashni of Jordan and Aarav Hada of Nepal. Alve won in straight sets 6-2, 6-3 while Roman lost the first set 0-6 but came back strong 6-4 and 6-2 in the second and third set. In their women’s singles quarter-finals matches, Bangladeshis Suborna Khatun and Sadia Afrin both made it to the semis as they defeated Srey Nodh Nyem of Cambodia and Shubhangee Laxmi Shah of Nepal respectively. In the Women’s doubles quarter-final, Mashfia Afrin of Bangladesh and Erkhbilguun Byarbaya of Mongolia beat Xin Ying Chong & Nicole Cristina Kuo Jorge of Macao 6-1, 6-1.
