Former journalist Moses Dola arraigned at a Milimani court. Lawyer Shadrack Wambui regretted that the convict was not allowed to attend his mother's burial in Siaya. Consequently, Wambui asked the High Court in Nairobi to issue orders directing Dola to be escorted to his mother's grave in Siaya to pay her his last respect. After the incident, Dola went into hiding but he turned himself in at Naivasha Police Station three days later. She, however, ruled that the evidence tabled showed that Dola caused the death of his wife.
