The Libyan parliament, House of Representatives (HoR), is set to appoint a new cabinet today Tuesday, house member Abdelmoneim al-Orafi has confirmed, Libya Update media reports. The MP also added that there are known personalities, including deputies and public figures, waiting for the announcement of the formation of a new government to submit their candidacy documents to head the government. There has been growing demands for the Government of National Unity (GNU) led by Abdulhamid Dbeibah removed and replaced by a new government.
