The Rivers State governor maintained that the welfare of doctors and other professionals was not primarily the sole reasons for brain drain in the country. Even when some of professionals are employed within Nigeria, Wike insisted that such persons were not provided with the requisite equipment to use in their various organisations and industries. Rivers State, is it not Niger Delta state? Don’t we have riverine areas in Rivers State?
