I noticed about two months ago that the left part of my scrotum was swollen. The doctor who examined me said that the swelling is due to some water in that part of the scrotum and that I would need an operation to remove the water. I want to know if this is safe since I am not yet married and don’t know if the operation will affect my ability to father any children in future. Kenneth(by SMS)Water in the scrotum (Hydrocoele) is best managed through surgery. In the hands of an experienced doctor, this is a very simple and harmless operation which will not affect your ability to father children in the future.
