The National Oil Corporation (NOC) says crude oil production reached 42,709,334 barrels in January, according to newly released data on output and revenues. A further 7,072,548 barrels were sent for refining and 27,261,287 barrels were made available for export. The NOC added that 3,633,984 barrels were allocated to power plants in Ubari and Mellitah. Based on an average January Brent price of $66.796 per barrel, the NOC said total oil revenues reached $1,034,319,956.72 and €1,255,640.31. The corporation also reported in-kind fuel supply guarantees valued at $676,537,595.47, and $33,722,960.41 representing crude oil supplied to power stations.
