Vizagites heaved a sigh of relief as the first monsoon showers brought the temperature down on Saturday. Overcast sky and moderate showers brought the much-needed relief. Being weekend, many citizens set out on Beach Road to experience the cool weather unmindful of intermittent showers in the morning. People also took to social media to share pictures about cloudy weather and monsoon showers. The National Highway also experienced heavy traffic, and traffic jams were witnessed on service roads with rain water filling up half of the roads.
