Ize-Iyamu who spoke at the PDP rally held across the 18 Local councils in Edo State, sued for massive support to give the party the opportunity that will pave way for it to take over and ensure victory at both the state and federal levels. The party also decried the continuous alleged marginalization of the Edo Central Senatorial district, saying the current state structure puts the district at a disadvantage position in the allotment of political power amongst the three senatorial district. The state Chairman of the party, Chief Dan Orbih, urged party faithful to continue to support the party and make the APC become history and go into oblivion. At Uromi, Esan North East Local Council, the chairman called for the immediate reinstatement of the Onojie of Uromi by the state government. The weeklong rally, which was to solicit for votes in future election, witnessed large turnout of party loyalists and faithful drawn from all the local councils in the state.
