The foundation has been served an eviction notice by the corporation as it wants the space for starting a blood bank. However, on inspection the alternate place was found to be unfriendly to the patients. It was informed to the court that the alternate space offered is around 4,000 square feet which is less than the present space occupied. Toilets in the alternate place have steps which the paraplegics can never with their wheel chair be able to climb. Advocate Rajesh Bhere appearing for foundation said the matter was wrongly placed before a bench headed by Justice Ranjit More.
