KOCHI: Round one of the propaganda war between BJP and CPM over the political violence in Kerala has ended with a slight advantage for the former. The high-decibel campaign by RSS and BJP at the national-level seeking inquiry into the political violence by a judicial body has forced the CPM to go on the back foot. BJP’s systematic campaign hints that the Left Democratic Front government headed by Pinarayi Vijayan and CPM is responsible for the political killings in the state. BJP has now deputed finance minister Arun Jaitely to visit the house of slain RSS Karyavahak Rajesh in Thiruvananthapuram. BJP members have raised the political killings in the Parliament while RSS joint general secretary Dattatreya Hasabale has sought an inquiry by a judicial body or a central agency.
