more-inThe Puzhal police on Friday arrested a man who stabbed his wife as she refused to live with him. Police said the victim, Sinduja, 27, of Vinayagapuram, got married to Devanithi, 30, of Porur two years ago. When she refused, Devanithi took a knife from the kitchen and stabbed her on the neck. As Devanithi inflicted injuries on himself, he was admitted to the Government Stanley Hospital for treatment. Later, he was arrested by the Puzhal police.
