Lugari MP Ayub Savula yesterday said Cord leader Raila Odinga is "embarrassing himself" by leading street demonstrations against the IEBC. Savula said Raila should learn to respect the law and stop using "uncivilised" methods to be heard. Raila and Cord co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetang’ula have been leading weekly anti-IEBC demonstrations to pile pressure on the commission to disband. Speaking on the phone yesterday, Savula said Raila should mobilise Cord MPs and senators to engage their Jubilee counterparts in discussions on how to reconstitute the electoral agency. Savula said Raila should respect himself as former Prime Minister and employ the right procedures in seeking the removal of the IEBC commissioners.
