ONE great, big, unending maritime spectacle unfolds to the rear of No 38 Norwood Park. It’s as action-packed a harbour vista as you could wish for and, because the back of the house faces south, you get the best light too. It’s enough to capture sunshine and views, but Ms Murphy suggests that a deck on stilts might be worth considering. She adds that properties in the park “always sell very well” and there’s a good deal of local interest. “A lot of money was invested in the house in 2000 and that’s why it has such a good C2 energy rating,” Ms Murphy says.
