A man who was involved in a crash that killed a teenage girl, an expectant mother and left a man fighting for his life has been charged. Investigators in to the horrific accident charged Richard Moananu at Westmead Hospital on Saturday night, just 24 hours after the horrific fatal crash on Northern Road, in Sydney's west. The 29-year-old is facing seven counts including negligence, unlicensed driving, two counts of manslaughter and aggravated dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm. Ms Hoang, 23, her unborn twins and her teenage sister-in-law, Anh Hoang, 17, who was driving the vehicle on her learner's licence, were killed. Two other vehicles were hit in the crash but the occupants in each car were unscathed.
