At his second board meeting today, just a day after taking charge, Tamim oversaw revisions to both men's and women's domestic cricket pay structures. Under the new structure for women's cricketers, match fees in limited-overs formats have nearly doubled. In women's domestic cricket, the number of contracted players has risen to 35. For men's domestic cricket, the number of contracted players has increased slightly to 102 from 100 last year. Category 'A' players will now receive Tk 65,000 per month (up from Tk 28,750), 'B' players Tk 50,000 (up from Tk 23,000) and 'C' players Tk 40,000 (up from Tk 17,250).
