more-inFear has gripped the residents of Uduse and neighbouring villages in Mudigere taluk with a tiger spotted in the area in the past couple of days. The Forest Department has appealed to the public to be cautious and avoid going to the coffee estates near the area. According to the residents of Uduse, three head of cattle were killed by the tiger on Saturday. “We could ascertain that the animal moving around the place was indeed a tiger. The images we got showed the animal moving around in the same place,” said Chandrappa, Deputy Conservator of Forests.
