MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday announced that 1,209 out of 1,759 examinees (76.71 percent) passed the March 2019 Physician Licensure examination. Jan Bendric Co Borbe of the University of Santo Tomas and Clinton Rosita Rabadon of West Visayas State University-La Paz topped the exams with a rating of 89.83 percent, followed by Kevindaeile Simbulan Torralba of Our Lady of Fatima University-Valenzuela with 88.92 percent.
