During a meeting with Kaberuka, Uhuru discussed the mechanisms for funding the AU Standby Force, a multidimensional force for rapid deployment. President Uhuru Kenyatta yesterday joined other leaders in attending Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni’s inauguration in Kololo Grounds, Kampala. “The laptops project being implemented in public schools ensures relevance in the job market,” Uhuru said. The President also participated in two WEF plenary discussions where he called for closer public-private relationships in imparting market-relevant skills to the youth. Are we matching the skills in the market and preparing youth to fill the gaps?” the President said.
