Former Army reservist Micah Xavier Johnson is believed to be the gunman responsible for killing five Dallas police officers Thursday night. “He said he was upset about the recent police shootings,” Dallas police Chief David Brown said during the Friday morning news conference. “The suspect said he was upset at white people. The gunman was killed by a police bomb after a three-hour long standoff, and three others are in police custody.
