Three children were rescued by members of the public after a man died in an apparent suicide in Olkalou, Nyandarua County, police have said. Residents intervened and managed to rescue the children, police said. The body was later removed from the scene and taken to a mortuary pending a post-mortem examination. The rescued children were later reunited with their mother as investigations continue.
