Like its Bursa Malaysia-listed peers, HB Global Ltd, a gourmet convenient food producer that specialises in frozen vegetables and ready-to-serve duck meat products, also suffers the same fate. After six long years of painful waiting, HB Global finally had its PN17 status lifted in October 2019. HB Global executive director Lee Ping Wei believes this is a good sign and that the worst is over for the company. We hope that investors can give us a chance to revive HB Global,” he tells The Edge in an interview, alluding to recent plans. He expects FRC’s profits to grow to RM10 million to RM15 million, of which 60% will be captured by HB Global.

They feed on fruits, seeds and flowers and bring these to feed their chicks, providing birders with opportunities to photograph them. A few minutes later, the adult bird flew in to feed its chick. I was thus able to observe the adult bird making several visits at intervals of 15 to 30 minutes. I had brought along a camera with better resolution and managed to take a clear picture of the adult bird flying off after a feeding session. They were all thrilled, some of them more so, especially as they got to see the adult bird fly in to feed, as we were talking.

And if this is occurring in mainstream schools, imagine the situation of special needs children when it comes to this subject. Studies have found that many communities perceive special needs children to be asexual and emotionless. In addition, research has shown that special needs children are at higher risk and more vulnerable to sexual assault. More so than regular children, special needs children require more than the lecturing method of teaching. While special needs children may express themselves differently, it is our duty as parents, teachers or healthcare professionals to guide them appropriately.

Faith in the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic that had made the Nikkei the darling of investment bets on global reflation has faltered. Japanese investors have turned cautious about pushing the index back to levels not seen since the bubble economy burst in the early 1990s. Japan’s own economic outlook has also dimmed, with Tokyo in a third state of emergency and the pace of vaccinations well behind global peers. “Investors are now in wait-and-see mode, but that implies they are accumulating potential buying power, ” said Yunosuke Ikeda, Nomura’s Tokyo-based chief equity strategist. But he sees that lag as an opportunity to play catch-up subsequently, with vaccinations also picking up pace by that time.

Mohd Famey added that another kind of pollution that had become a worrying ‘trend’ these days were mini illegal rubbish dumps. As Mohd Famey said, it would be hard to catch the culprit because you would never know who they are although they live around you. He said the company had collected 58,133 tonnes of waste during Ramadan last year, and a total of 901,221 tonnes of waste throughout last year.

(Reuters) -EBay Inc's second-quarter profit forecast came in below market expectations as it faces fierce competition from bigger rivals including Amazon.com Inc for a slice of the pandemic-led online shopping boom, sending its shares down 6%. While the company's focus on its advertising and payments business and a simpler e-commerce platform have benefited its business, Amazon remains a favorite online shopping destination for most consumers. The rise of Canada's Shopify Inc,, which smashed earnings estimates earlier on Wednesday, has also piled on the pressure on eBay. EBay said it expected current-quarter adjusted profit in the range of 91 cents to 96 cents per share, below a Refinitiv IBES estimate of $1.02 per share. The company's operating margin rose to 27.9% in the quarter, from 26.5% a year earlier.
