A flour factory at the Sirte Milling and Feed Complex has reopened in Sirte after more than 15 years out of service, following rehabilitation by the National Development Agency. Officials said the project, completed in less than 10 months, restored the facility with modern equipment and returned it to production after years of inactivity. The factory includes five production floors and six grain silos with a storage capacity of 1,000 tonnes each, with a daily output of about 150 tonnes of flour and around 35 tonnes of bran, according to the Libyan News Agency.
