HNEC to face questioning at today’s HoR sessionBy Sami Zaptia. London, 3 January 2022:The High National Elections Commission’s (HNEC) board led by its head Emad Sayeh is to face questioning at today’s planned House of Representatives (HoR) official session. The questioning session in Tobruk will concentrate on the causes that led to the postponement of the 24 December 2021 elections and efforts to put the process of holding elections back on track.
