Neysa AI CEO Sharad Sanghi said that “sovereignty, latency and compliance” were driving demand for locally installed AI infrastructure among enterprise clients. It is among the largest AI infrastructure investments in India to an Indian firm. “Almost all the people who provide development platform want to set up increasing clusters in India,” Mr. Sanghi said. “Some of them were using hyperscalers,” he said, but he said that a “nimble” service was more appealing to users. Much of this infrastructure will be used for inference, and not necessarily training, he said.
