INCHEON, Jan. 27 (Korea Bizwire) — Libya was ranked as the biggest import country for South Korean used cars last year, data showed Wednesday. The Middle Eastern country has consistently ranked as the biggest import country for South Korean used cars in recent years. The second-biggest import country for South Korean used cars was Chile. Chile was not included in the top five list in 2020 but imported 39,151 South Korean used cars last year thanks to improvements in the country’s used car import platforms. The country also plays the role of distributing South Korean used cars to neighboring countries such as Bolivia and Paraguay after importing the used cars through the Iquique free trade zone.
