The Central Bank of Libya (CBL) announced Thursday the launching of the unification process in the presence of Governor Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir and his Deputy, Ali Al-Hibri. The launching ceremony in Tunisia including singing a contract with a the US leading auditing company, Deloitte, which is tasked with implementing the agreed-upon roadmap that includes four stages that lead to a cutting-edge system for the CBL. Governor Al-Kabir and Deputy Al-Hibri reiterated the need to continue with this cooperation to get the tasks done after they agreed on December 06 to launch the unification process.
