Waititu will beat Kabogo hands down in Kiambu governor race - poll


Forty nine per cent Kiambu voters would pick Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu as Governor, a poll has found, and given incumbent William Kabogo a 22 per cent rating. The poll results announced on Monday indicated 62 per cent participants said they were undecided about the woman representative race. Only 33 per cent participants said they believed the county was heading in the right direction and 36 believe its headed in the wrong direction. The poll by Tifa Research further found that 44 per cent of youths aged 18-30 support Waititu, compared to Kabogo's 25 per cent. The poll also indicated Kimani Wamatangi would retain his seat as Kiambu Senator (44 per cent), the highest in the three areas participants were drawn from.
