Polymarket: Perhaps the most famous election betting player, the blockchain-based site leans the heaviest toward Trump, giving him 62% implied odds of victory compared to Harris’ 38% by about 8:30 a.m. EST. PredictIt: The site tilting most strongly toward Harris, PredictIt prices in roughly 49% odds for Harris compared to 51% for Trump. Interactive Brokers: The digital brokerage run by billionaire Thomas Peterffy offers election betting via its subsidiary ForecastEx, which prices in 60% odds for Trump and 43% for Harris. That’s the betting market’s aggregated odds for a Trump victory, according to the Election Betting Odds tool, which tracks odds across Betfair, Kalshi, PredictIt, Polymarket and Smarkets. Election betting sites which operate legally in the U.S. have comparative limits, with Robinhood allowing 5,000 contracts per user and PredictIt $850 per user on each election market.

A look at the near future???
I have to admit that it took me some time to figure out that the celery (stalk celery, that is) that is sold and consumed here in France (maybe in all of Europe) is a different variety of stalk celery. So, yes, it's "different" but works just fine in cooking. And "having every intention of learning the language" but then not doing so because she got too busy is just asking for failure. (Well, so is putting off learning the language until after you get here.) I used to think he was just being negative - but after a few years, I think he's right!

A former firefighter is suing Los Angeles County, alleging he was discriminated against over his disability and endured his co-worker's homophobic harassment in the workplace. The Los Angeles County Fire Department said it does not comment on pending litigation. Despite complaints made about Barnett's alleged harassment, Guimaraes' suit claims Barnett faced no disciplinary measures and the conflicts between the two continued to escalate.
