How can we accept that justice is blind and impartial when it clearly appears the opposite? It is well documented that despite all the repeated regional accords and international conventions meant to protect human rights and hold perpetrators accountable doing that conflict? Lady Justice turned a blind eye to a people who’s sufferings knew no limits. This means that in order to punish a perpetrator for genocide, Lady Justice requires that the prosecutor establishes a link between the crime and the intention, thereby creating corridor for many offenders to get away with their crimes. The case of America is not the only indicator that justice sees what it wants to see.

They made away with about $5 million; it emboldened Team Weah. Team Weah blatantly refused to refund the stolen money despite a public repudiation by the 9 ambassadors. Smelling trouble ahead, Uncle Sam decided to fly its citizens from Monrovia last Wednesday. I pray Team Weah will pass the MCC Exams later this year, or dance “Jump Over It” again as with the Coronavirus money. And if you have not figured out by now why Uncle Sam is “Jumping Over Liberia” then I beg to differ.

Howbeit, this is not a strange thing to come back to Margibi County and identify with the hospital that I was born in,” he said. We are regulating the health protocols and that is why we were able to close all the mosques in and around Margibi County,” the Margibi County Muslim Chairman said.

Speaking in a telephone interview with FrontPage Africa on Tuesday, Yates accused President Weah of being the mastermind behind his interrogation by the NSA. “Before I was even invited, I got the information a day that the Executive Mansion wanted to have me arrested. The Executive Mansion should stop intimidating journalists”. Yet, Wednesday’s hearing gave more reasons as to why he may not be confirmed by the Senate – conflicting dates of birth. However, the Liberian law requires that anyone with the desire of naturalizing as a citizen of Liberia must be of age 21. Nominee we have heard enough, and it is the agreement of this Committee that you be discharged as we go back to our committee to decide, Senator Milton Teahjay, Committee chairman. We ask that Mr. Floyd Sayon be rejected by this Committee to head the data center of the National Elections Commission (NEC). “Section 2.2 of the election law clearly disqualifies Mr. Sayon because of his lack of integrity, and his failure to take instruction.

This is in part because we had no experience dealing with a public health crisis of this proportion and no capacity for testing and treatment. By Amara Konneh, [email protected], Contributing WriterThe announcement Wednesday of three new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Liberia on the Government’s radio station ELBC validates our point about the challenge of knowing the true numbers of cases across Africa due to a lack of testing capacity and information sharing. We started to turn the corner when we acknowledged our incapacity to deal with Ebola, began sharing information domestically and with our Mano River Union neighbors and other regional leaders. It also raises more questions than answers about what we really know about COVID-19 in Liberia and what we are doing to stop its spread. WHO has also reported (see attached) sharp increases in reported cases and COVID-19 related deaths in Africa in the last week by 400% and 600%, respectively.
