He pursues his dream and is a down-to-earth person,” wrote a person at news portal 163.com.

Creating your own “hour through the day” is beneficial for a number of reasons. Firstly, it does away with the pressure of finding hours in the day for self-care. If you can’t find pockets of time in your day that add up to an hour, you can aim for a half-hour through your day. These five- to 10-minute pockets of time can serve as pressure valves that help you de-stress through the day. Sunny Side Up columnist Sandy Clarke has long held an interest in emotions, mental health, mindfulness and meditation.

THE Vice Chancellor of UCSI University, Datuk Khalid Yusoff, died on Monday after undergoing a medical procedure. Why I was moved to write about this man is because he is the only vice chancellor I call “my VC”. In my 34 years as an academic, I have had dealings with 15 VCs and the only one I call “my VC” and not “the VC of such and such a university” is Khalid. This is because, firstly, Khalid is the only VC I know who raised national issues during official discussions. My VC, Khalid Yusoff, was a man who believed that universities must bring values and meaning to knowledge so students could make the world a better place.

The research reveals that people who never, or rarely, experience stressors may be more likely to have lower cognitive function. For decades, stress has been the focus of much research, which has continually – and rightly – highlighted its negative effects on health. “I took a step back and thought, what about the people who report never having stress? “My previous work has focused on people who have higher versus lower levels of stress, but I’d never questioned what it looks like if people experience no stress. Still, it appears to be a question of dosage, with stress generally remaining particularly bad for people’s general health.

MADRID (Reuters) - Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane praised his forward Vinicius Jr. for rising to the big occasion after the Brazilian's two goals helped his side to a 3-1 win over Liverpool in Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final first leg. But the 20-year-old thrived in the spotlight against the Premier League holders and 2019 Champions League winners, breaking the deadlock with a cold-blooded finish after expertly bringing down a Toni Kroos ball with his shoulder. "He was lacking a goal here or there and getting two tonight will really lift his confidence, he deserved what happened tonight," added Zidane. Vinicius, who kissed the Real badge after each of his goals, admitted he was exhausted after his performance. "I work so hard here, I dreamed of playing for Real Madrid and with the best players and that's why I'm so keen, that's why I work so hard at training and at home.
