And while Nigeria ratified the ILO Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951 and the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958, protection against discrimination in Nigeria is very weak. This is however a limited provision in many ways; it seems to protect Nigerian citizens only and it merely protects a person against discrimination based on statute or arising from the application of a statute or discrimination based on executive or administrative action of the government. And due to the fact that government is becoming an insignificant employer as the private sector employs majority and there is no constitutional protection as such for employees in respect of discriminatory policies in the workplace. Section 42(2) which provides that no citizen of Nigeria shall be subjected to any disability or deprivation merely by reason of the circumstances of his birth does not afford better protection either. Discrimination in the workplace is also forbidden by section 17 of the Constitution.

And given that he faced a lot of genuine fast bowling, that isn't a compliment to be taken lightly. Roberts' change of pace would rob the batters of timing, and often that is all that was needed. But when the fast bowler retired in 1983, for a while it seemed like the slower ball variation went into hibernation as well. Now, every bowler worth his salt worked on a slower ball. When asked about Rizwan's wicket, he said: "I saw Jaddu's ball was turning, so I count my slower ball as a spinner's slower ball.

(Ivanhoe Newswire) - Lung cancer is the most common form of cancer, and it’s the leading cause of cancer deaths in the U.S. In fact, one in five of all cancer deaths is due to lung cancer. But in the past, only 20 to 30 percent of lung cancers were found at stage one or two. If it does come as cancer while they’re still asleep, we go ahead and do the robotic surgery and remove the cancer,” Dr. Sancheti added. A couple of months before I heard of Dotun Sanusi, I had been looking for an entrepreneur who had established companies in the two sectors. I saw a part that talked about the chairman of that occasion who happened to be Dotun Sanusi. The newly installed Jagun Olubadan of Ibadan has demonstrated this countless times at Ilaji Resort. This particular principle came to the fore during the African mini-football championship financed by Sanusi and hosted at Ilaji Resort. While we were inside our office planning our marketing itinerary for that day, Sanusi entered with a countenance we rarely witnessed.
