UN adviser on Libya urges to outline clear path to free elections

Williams' remarks came during her meeting with representatives of the Tripoli civilian movement, reconciliation council in Tripoli and the February 17 coalition. The representatives called for holding parliamentary elections to restore democratic legitimacy. The meeting reviewed the work plan of the council and its role in contributing to the plan of the national unity government to reconstruct the infrastructure and implement the investment projects in the different areas. They also discussed training and merging youth and creating suitable job opportunities for them in addition to supporting the small and medium enterprises to achieve economic diversity
