Borno State Governor, Prof Babagana Zulum, has warned fish traders against any business deals with terrorist groups, insisting that such can support the funding to Boko Haram/ Islamic State in West Africa Province and reinforce the reign of terror on them. Anyone caught associating with criminal elements will blame himself.”Zulum urged the traders to cooperate with security agencies by providing information about suspicious activities relating to insurgents. The governor’s lifeline to the fishermen is aimed at enhancing the trading of dried fish previously suspended as a result of the activities of Boko Haram insurgents. Economic activities in Borno State were disrupted due to Boko Haram attacks on security forces and communities which led to the displacement of millions of people. Even with what is happening in Ukraine, the oil price is no longer the boom. The choice for Nigeria is that this state refinery could sell PMS at the world price, bringing all these revenues with them. The domestic refinery can sell at the world price, the federation gets the revenues and could use the revenues for education. I will appreciate it if you can advise me on the use of surrogate mothers (the act of using another woman whom I will pay to help carry my next pregnancy for me). A legally binding contract outlining everyone’s expectations will be negotiated and signed prior to the embryo transfer, so everyone will know exactly what to expect during the surrogacy process. Having said this, it is important to know that surrogacy can be complicated. It is important to work closely with a trusted professional lawyer to ensure the process is completed safely and legally. Apart from Buhari, the meeting was attended by former leaders including Generals Yakubu Gowon and Abdulsalami Abubakar and Dr Goodluck Jonathan.
