The Prime Minister of parallel government Osama Hammad called for the urgent launch of a comprehensive and serious national dialogue aimed at forming a unified, consensus-based government with clear tasks and defined powers within a binding national framework. He said Libya is going through a highly sensitive phase where economic challenges intersect with political complexities, warning that the continued political division and the stalled constitutional and executive tracks can no longer be postponed as they pose a threat to the country’s unity. Hammad also criticized the continued presence of the UN-recognised government led by Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, claiming it's "wasting public funds and entrenching financial and administrative corruption", stressing that the current stage requires placing Libya’s national interest above all other considerations.
