The State Department spokesperson has said the United States is against any plan that would bring direct Israeli occupation in Gaza. “All Gazans are afraid of the plan,” said Jomana Elkhalili, a 26-year-old Palestinian aid worker for Oxfam living in Gaza City with her family. “North Gaza is now divided into two parts,” Soloh said.

A CNN panel erupted on Sunday when a conservative panelist suggested Vice President Kamala Harris was losing ground to former President Trump with male voters because Democrats care more about "dudes who want to become women." CNN pundit Scott Jennings said Harris had a "rough week" of polling, particularly with registered male voters during State of the Union. Democrats struggling with African American voters, particularly African American men. This organization submitted a bid to the city’s Request for Proposals for rehabilitating the Harley Clarke mansion, and is in competition with the proposals from Celadon and Farpoint/RATIO discussed in this letter. Reviewing the financial operating plans of the proposals can provide an insight into each of the operations going forward. Caveat: This analysis is based on a lot of assumptions because the financial operational plans and financial structure have not been made public. The portion a venue like Harley Clarke could claim as revenue is from rental of the venue, catering, and maybe transportation.
